Titirangi Osteopathic Clinic is an established practice, with three full time working osteopaths. As a team we insist on providing a thorough, effective and a quality service to our patients. Osteopathy is an established recognised system of diagnosis and treatment that lay's its main emphasis on the structural integrity of the body. Osteopathy is a holistic alternative therapy; therefore the treatments given are different for everyone. Treatments include soft tissue work, gentle rhythmic movements, stretching, articulatory and manipulative techniques. We also provide advice with regards to posture and exercise with recommendations on how to minimise the likelihood of recurrence.
