We use outdoor adventure to grow great communities and create Everyday Heroes. We are leaders in Adventure Therapy in New Zealand. Kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, abseiling, hiking, and more! It's fun. But it's so much more than that. Outdoor adventure is a powerful vehicle that we use to: 1. Increase wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual), 2. Increase social skills 3. Build character (the qualities and skills that help us get through life) 4. On-going participation in nature 5. Manaakitanga (kindness, empathy, generosity, and a desire to uplift others)
