Connect. Nourish. Thrive. My experience comes from using holistic methods over 17 years with Multiple Sclerosis and a diploma in Functional Nutritional Therapy (FNT). I help clients rebalance their body through Functional Nutritional Therapy. I work out of 2 locations - Waikanae and Paraparaumu. I focus on a whole-food, nutrient-dense, properly prepared diet. I undertake a hands-on Functional Clinical Assessment to tailor recommendations and nutrients to YOUR individual body. I meet you wherever you are at in your health journey and support you through taking the next steps towards optimal health. FNT can help many different symptoms and conditions e.g. digestive/gut health, hormones/adrenal, autoimmune, energy/fatigue, weight gain and more
