Kapiti Architectural Design Ltd was founded by Rochelle Chapman in 2007. I specialise in designing new homes and additions & alterations to existing homes. My mantra "Designed for Living" summarises my approach. I strive to create design solutions that enhance the way individuals live in the home. The creative process starts with drawings in 3D so clients are able to explore the design options to fully understand the space and design features. Following the design process, with over 25 years experience in the industry, I produce thorough documentation and apply for building consent on behalf of the clients, and I am on hand to answer any questions the building team may have during the build.
