Yoga With Miriama

Miriama teaches playful Vinyasa Flow Yoga that promotes getting out of our heads and into our hearts. She teaches weekly group classes in Waihi Beach and nurtures a safe space for varying levels. She's also available for private bookings and corporate trainings and was honoured to be nominated for Best Sports Coach in the local 2018 Community Awards. Miriama tried her first Yoga class in 1999 and has never looked back. Through the practice of Yoga, Miriama is learning to live more presently both on and off the mat and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
