Graduating from the University of Berkeley, California, and Otago University with degrees in Psychology, and Business, today I am a qualified Life Coach, IFS Practitioner (Internal Family Systems), Epigenetic Coach, Mind Detox Therapist, Mindfulness facilitator, certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and NLP. Now, mentoring clients all over the world, my approach is described as therapeutic coaching. I gently guide my clients to explore their past, their present and their desired future in order to get the maximum benefits and the deepest transformation. I also run online courses, facilitate workshops for corporates and individuals, host international retreats and have my own podcast.
