Habit Health Upper Hutt is based at the Upper Hutt Health Centre with a team of physiotherapists. The clinic also has occupational therapists, pain management specialists and vocational consultants, and access to a great team of nurses and GPs. Habit Upper Hutt can also offer massage, dry needling, vocational rehabilitation, pain management, sports taping, concussion and vestibular management. We can also support clients with hydrotherapy, community care, nutrition and customised orthotics.
