We are the Wellington Franchise for Fraemohs Homes who, for 54 years, have been designing and building Scandinavian inspired, locally sourced natural timber homes that are sustainable, carbon negative, earthquake proof and gorgeous. We also have stunning designs for conventional builds with timber aspects that you can choose from. If you're in Wellington City, Hutt Valley, Wairarapa or Kapiti Coast (up to Otaki) we can offer your a full build where we build and project manage your entire home from start to finish, including Building Consents.
