Retro Handcrafts started in 2011. Being a regular store holder at the Wellington Underground Market for 9 years. I'm now offering my products directly online. Learning to knit when I was 4, the next progression was to learn to spin, and I have been spinning my own yarn for 25 years. I enjoy being able to offer knitters the chance to knit true NZ wool. I make and sell machine washable Merino socks for tots, just perfect for keeping little feet warm. I also stock a full range of old NZ coin jewellery. Earrings are paired up into birth years, so you can buy/gift a very personalized present in the year the person was born. Great for a 21st gift 30th, 40th birthdays etc.
