Naturopaths in Timaru

I am a naturopath and medical herbalist and I live and work in Canterbury (mainly Christchurch, Timaru and Temuka) and also consult on Zoom. I look at my clients' health holistically and I have a special interest in hormone balance, stress, skin, gut health and autoimmune. I like to work with my clients on their diet and lifestyle as well as with herbs and nutrient deficiencies. I stock some products and have a wide range of tests that I can recommend when needed.
