Coaching. We all need that someone that gets in our business and pulls us out when we head down that wrong path. Call them "accountable partners " if you may. They may be a best mate, a parent or colleague or a business coach.They generally don't care about your seniority, wealth, prestige or ego, they get right in your face and invade your personal space when they recognise that you need help.
