We provide a holistic approach to dance and fitness, with a range of dance styles for all ages and regular workshops and events throughout the year. Our aim is to share a love of dance and performing with the local community. This unique studio combines owner Teresa Victory's skills and training in dance, Pilates and physiotherapy to help students and patients achieve excellent mobility and strength.
