As an osteopath I like to focus on each persons individual needs and provide a specifically tailored treatment plan just for them. Regardless of my patients age or personal preference I have a broad range of osteopathic techniques that I can apply to suit every ones needs. These techniques range from the more gentler cranial ones, to stretching through to spinal manipulation. As an osteopath I treat the body as a whole. I look at the big picture and find the cause of the problem and not just focus on treating the symptom picture. It is also important for me to provide an in depth understanding of what is going on for my patients and to provide exercises for them to do at home so they can help heal themselves.
