abc Resilience

I am an experienced resilience professional with up to date qualifications (ISO 22301 Lead Implementer (2021) and MBCI (2022)). I have successfully uplifted and embedded business continuity management systems in a variety of industries, most recently within the banking and finance sector. I have assessed and validated the BC and DR capabilities of critical suppliers. I'm well versed in the business continuity lifecycle and how to maximise its application in organisations of any size. I have a particular interest in the resilience of the built environment due to my previous experience in commercial portfolio facilities management. I hold CFMANZ certification (Facilities Management Associate NZ).
