Welcome to NowYoga, a unique studio in Te Aro, Wellington combining yoga classes and contemporary art. Katie Christie, a trained yoga and Pilates instructor, established NowYoga to help people regardless of where they are on their yoga or pilates journey to learn and expand their yoga and pilates practice. Our character studio is flooded with natural light and surrounded by visual delights to help you escape into another world. Your mind, body and soul will be treated to a practice that is soothing and uplifting. At NowYoga we believe in being in the moment, and moving in the moment. I know for me, some days my body is thirsty for a juicy workout and other days it's very content with an indulgent yin practice and an extra long svasana.
