Physical Stories with Jo

Physical Stories with Jo! is a unique Wellington activity for kids ages 4-7. Think kids yoga, mindfulness, singalongs and drama class for kids all in one! We use a range of drama exercises, kids yoga, songs, and reflection time to build on children's concentration, confidence and collaboration skills. Kids love stories and they are one of the best ways of teaching and conveying positive messages. In this yoga, mindfulness, song and drama class for kids, I take stories that kids love and focus on the messages behind them. Through stories and movement, we work on themes such as being kind, discovering what makes you special, understanding that your actions affect others and more in this energetic, fun-filled after-school class!
