SOURDOUGH BREAD | PASTRY | COFFEE Rudi's is an artisan microbakery offering handcrafted sourdough breads and pastries, together with banging brews from boutique Auckland roastery, Eighthirty. Our products are inspired by favourite tastes from travels around the globe and are baked in small batches to bring joy to your day. Our business was born in beautiful Whangamata in 2021, after returning to NZ after 10+ years abroad in France and the UK. After two years of operating on a pop-up basis, we're excited to now be opening a permanent year-round bakery and retail space at Riverbank Lane in Kirikiriroa from from Friday, August 25, 2023.
