Momenta Charitable Trust

Based in Tauranga, Momenta helps people with lived experience of disability access a world of opportunities through innovative coaching and connecting programs. Everyday life isn't always designed to work easily for people with lived experience of disability. It can be difficult to take the most basic steps towards living a life of value (independence and autonomy) - as the pathway isn't always clear, and barriers exist to inclusion. Momenta builds capability and capacity in the community and directly with clients. Through our life-enhancing, innovative programmes, we aim to help clients create a life of value, a life they love.
