With over ten years experience under his tool belt. Matt Saathof has gained a wide range of knowledge and skills within the construction industry. From delivering retirement village projects, managing commercial developments, to building bespoke, architectural homes. Matt believes communication is key when it comes to managing jobs and is passionate about building quality, resulting in the highest standard of craftsmanship. Totara construction Ltd was a dream that turned into reality in 2016. Brought up in a forestry family, Matt developed an appreciation for different timbers. The Totara tree is native to New Zealand and well regarded for its value and durability.
