The Literacy Taupo Learning Centre has been delivering adult educational services to the wider Taupo community for over 40 years. Literacy Taupo is a registered Incorporated Society that operates for the benefit of the Taupo community. Our focus is the delivery of educational programmes that are relevant to the needs of our community. We provide a wide range of one-to-one and small group programmes that include: Digital literacy by way of computer courses at beginners, intermediate and advanced levels Cooking and budgeting courses for parents who want help improve their family wellbeing with healthy, economical meals for the family Workplace training that is focused on the work environment and that is targeted to the needs of the employee
