The op Shop is run by the inter church Welfare Society, comprising of St Andrews Anglican, St Paul's Union, Baptist, St Patrick's Catholic Churches and Church@109
We operate with one paid Manager and one paid administrator all our other workers are Volunteers, some of which have been here since day 1.
Where do our profits go? All profits are distributed by the society to needy causes in the local community, nothing goes back to the Churches.
What we are all ways in need of is new Volunteers and of course unwanted items of clothing and bric a brac in good condition.
We pride ourselves on been the longest standing charity shop in Taupo. First opening our doors in September 1973.
