Penny's cafe in Taupo is situated in the wonderful Totara Shopping Centre, which offers an amazing collection of businesses and all free parking. The cafe is a small family run cafe offering good quality, tasty, homemade food. Phoebe the owner and chef makes and bakes everyday from 8.30 till 3pm weekdays and 9 till 2 Saturdays. The cafe is also dog friendly and offers Pupachinos and treats. There is also a beautiful little garden.
