Affordable Plans works with clients all over New Zealand, offering an architectural drafting service, specifically for new residential dwellings. Clients provide us with an example floor plan, and possibly elevations and photos of the style of house they desire. Affordable Plans then works with the client to prepare a Concept Plan, with 3D renderings. Once the Concept Plan is agreed to, then the design moves onto Costing Plans & eventually plans suitable for Building Consent (BC). Affordable Plans can then submit the BC plans to the applicable Council. The intent is to offer an economical drafting service with a strong emphasis on energy efficient design principles. We specilise in the more unusual building systems, including SIPS, & ICF
