I'm Bob Selden and I help managers be the best they can be. When I was 27, I found I had a real knack for bringing out the best in people (after some great and often disappointing, failures as a sports coach. And then I happened to get an opportunity as a trainer in a large bank. Fortunately for me, I had two of the best mentors one could imagine - Ken & Tony. Over the next three years, Ken and Tony Knocked off many of my rough edges and helped point me in the right direction. Like Ken and Tony, I'm now helping other managers develop to their full potential, so if you'd like some advice or support, please contact me.
