Welcome to One Element NZ, the first franchise of a British outdoor fitness company to come to New Zealand. Based behind St Heliers beach, in the heart of the lifestyle-loving community, linking like-minded expats and encouraging families to train together. You will reach fitness levels and speeds you thought you had left behind; each week we work on a different discipline of exercise ensuring your body can be powerful, strong, fast and reach lengthy endurance goals. We work together, no army-style shouts but all the support from the group. You have a free trial to experience our friendly culture and there is always a coffee catch up on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
