We provide antenatal workshops for first time Mums-to-be. These aren't your traditional antenatal classes where you learn how to bath a baby and what to bring to the hospital. These workshops are specifically focused on psychological preparation. We discuss what to expect on the emotional journey into parenthood, and strategies to equip you to manage common challenging thoughts and feelings. We focus on Mum's well-being. Happy Mum, happy baby.
