Our club offers a range of amenities including a spacious boxing arena with a ring and training equipment. We also have a well-equipped gym area with cardio and strength training equipment. Join our club to experience challenging workouts, expert guidance, and a supportive community as you work towards your fitness goals. We cater to all levels of fitness and experience Monday Kids class (8yrs-14yrs) 4:30pm - 5:30pm Tuesday & Thursdays Adults Fitness class 5:30pm - 6:30pm Boxers class 6:30 - 8pm Sundays Adults Boxers class 1pm - 2:30pm
