There are more than 1500 reasons to build with us! Our founder, David Orange, has built more than 1500 homes in the Nelson region over the past twenty years. That's a lot! With this comes a wealth of experience - we've developed a very successful and proven process over the years - for you, this means building with us can actually be fun and stress-free. We are locally owned and operated and unlike larger franchises, we don't pay franchise fees or for expensive TV advertising. Or should that be, you don't pay? We also don't pay celebrities to endorse us. We let our customers do that, for free. To top it all off, our established position means we have the same buying power as big housing companies.
