During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed while comfortably reclining on a massage table or seated in a chair. A Reiki session aids in stress reduction, sleep aid, clearing negative debris trapped in our auric field, it helps to strengthen your immune system and is a great practice for gaining clarity and peace.
