SPIGA Italian Restaurant

We at Spiga want to convey a feeling of walking into a home kitchen. Spiga is a marriage between a traditional pastificio and a trattoria. Serving daily hand rolled pasta and Roman style pizza, we would like to share authenticity and tradition with all our guests. The menu will preserve the quintessential Italian soul serving up traditional regional recipes with a few modern twists. We would like the ingredients to be the star of our dishes. We personally sourced the ingredients choosing small family owned producers in order to pay tribute to quality and artisanal craft!
