Emersion Pilates is an uplifting and intimate home Reformer Pilates Studio based in Red Beach on the Hibiscus Coast of Auckland. At Emersion Pilates we encourage you to connect the mind and body, whilst challenging you to feel that deep burn and push you past your limits, in our dynamic and energetic workouts. Come and join our studio, where you will feel motivated, cared for and empowered as you spend 50 minutes of your day doing something for both your mind and body. We offer small group reformer classes suitable for all levels of fitness, prenatal and postnatal, mum's and bubs* classes, as well as Private 1:1 sessions.
