WELCOME TO DANCE SOCK ACADEMY Our 'Helpful Socks' have ten special features to assist the dancer to visually learn how to move his or her foot correctly. Encouraging to self correct and learn various dance movements more quickly by using the features as a precious visual aid. Originally designed by a qualified dance teacher especially for dance students to help them learn ballet, the 'Dance Sock' has many uses within all styles of dance.
