Luke Reumers - Osteopath

I am working with Active Health Rangiora to provide osteopathy to Rangiora and North Canterbury. Osteopathy is a valuable form of manual therapy that utilises a person-centred, holistic approach to treatment, with goals of reducing pain, helping injuries, improving function, enhancing quality of life promoting long-term health. Focusing on the body's structure, an osteopath will use touch, manipulation, mobilisation, stretching and massage to increase joint mobility, relieve muscle tension, enhance the blood, and nerve supply to tissues and help your body's own healing mechanisms. The aim is to restore the body to its natural state of balance, ideally without the use of drugs or surgery.
