The 3-bedroom home is very centrally and conveniently located for accessing everything Central Otago has to offer. It is only 45 minutes drive from the Queenstown Airport. The Cromwell Mall and the Heritage Precinct and the lake are both 3 minutes drive. Wanaka is a 40 minute drive.

Getting Around

Shotover Country Retreat offers a central base for year round travel to the Queenstown Lakes area. . You're also only a 5 minute walk to the Shotover river, and a great network of cycleway and walking trails that will lead you to various places of interest in the area. For adventures further afield, the Shotover Country Retreat is a 11-minute drive from Queenstown Airport, and Wanaka is just 50 minutes drive away. This is a nice central location to explore all the ski fields. Coronet is the closest, only 23 minutes drive to the top car park.
