My Private Chef is Queenstown's most established private chef who also offers private dining events, wedding catering and cooking classes. Fabien Simon was born in France and trained in the country renowned for its unique gastronomy. Fabien has worked under three of France's greatest chefs: Paul Bocuse, Gaston Lenotre and Roger Verge. At only 23 years old he was promoted sous chef of a brigade of 15 chefs serving up to 400 covers a day and has worked in Michelin star restaurants. Fabien's work has covered the globe from Barcelona, Venice, Athens, Myanmar and New Caledonia and he now lives in New Zealand.
