Currently hosting in person, NZ REPs (Registry of Exercise Professionals) accredited courses in Barre, Suspension and Pregnancy, and Postpartum movement with a Pelvic floor safe approach. Our alumni come from as far north as KeriKeri and as far south as Invercargill. We even have a few The Method NZ Instructors over in Australia!
