Driven by community, compassion and love of sport, Shai Sports Therapy opened its doors to heal, care, and help those who work and train hard. Founder, Tyler Ng, grew quickly and has since worked with elite athletes across New Zealand and Australia. She however feels the most gratitude making an impact to the lives of the overworked mums, hardworking dads, aspiring athletes, and everyday people in Porirua. No matter the client or goal - sports preparation, injury prevention and rehab, relaxation, movement limitations, Shai Sports Therapy crafts an individualised treatment plan to assist the client to the best of their ability through intensive remedial massage therapy and cupping.
