Central Fitness gym is Picton's 24-hour fitness facility. Equipped with brand new, quality, stylish, and user-friendly equipment. We also have FREE classes and passionate Personal Trainers! The staff are very passionate about health and fitness and believe a happy, healthy life starts with lifestyle balance. We encourage our members to focus on their social, emotional, nutritional, physical and well being.
