We are there to support you and journey with you through the funeral process and beyond (through our free bereavement support services). Whenever you phone, whatever the time, a staff member is available to answer your call 24/7 in an emergency. But office hours are as listed in Google 8.30 to 5.00pm weekdays and Saturday mornings. Public Holidays office is closed.
