Our private training studio is now open for bookings for one-on-one personal training sessions! These sessions are tailored to your body, your goals and your abilities with the benefit of having the space exclusively to yourself for the duration of your session. It's easy to feel self-conscious or overwhelmed in a large gym environment. We want to provide a space for our clients which they feel confident and comfortable in, whilst enjoying their workouts in the privacy of our own studio. Our goal is to help as many people live a happier, healthier lifestyle. We work with individuals wishing to increase their strength, improve fitness, lose body fat, gain lean muscle, focus on good form and technique, whilst learning to enjoy exercise.
