We were the 1ST to offer you a large format 24 hour gym that combines Old School Free Weights with Strongman, Multisport, Martial Arts and Modern Cardio Machines. Nesian Fitness is for men and women who want a pure gym atmosphere in which your potential, no matter what level you aspire to, is easily catered for and not limited due to inadequate equipment or weight. Many of New Zealand's strongest men train at Nesian Fitness, but so do many career women, stay at home mums and students. We cater for everyone in a great friendly community environment. Members encourage each other and we are also available to provide expert advice on training, nutrition and just that 'kick in the butt' that we all need some times.
