Pay, on the owner's behalf, all accounts that are the owner's responsibility (for example, rates, insurance, repairs and maintenance) or as arranged with the owner. Provide the owner with monthly financial statement of accounts. At the end of each month, direct credit the funds to a nominated bank account.Arrange to re-let the property whenever it becomes available, obtaining the owners approval for each new tenant if required.Quarterly monthly inspections of the property to check its condition and to ascertain whether any repairs or maintenance are required. Provide a written report to the owner.
