Since 2013, Dance & Arts Therapy New Zealand has been a charity empowering people of all ages using dance movement therapy and arts therapy. Our programmes help people in all situations including those living with disabilities, mental illness, tamariki, and survivors of sexual abuse. We have a passionate team providing evidence-based therapy throughout the country including Auckland, Northland, Christchurch, Whanganui, Palmerston North, Wellington and Dunedin.
