As New Zealand's only Spotlight Accredited Practitioner, I am able to deploy this ultra modern, positive profiling tool to literally shed light on individual and team preferences for both mindset and behaviour, as well as uncovering what may be hiding in the shadows. I love designing and delivering custom workshops and programs of work specifically tailored for my clients. As a powerful facilitator, I do not shy away from assisting my clients in navigating conflict and/or difficult conversations.
