Hi I'm That Food Guy a.k.a. Mark Townsend. I am based in historic Oamaru, Otago. I am a caterer & food truck operator. We supply all types of creative catering solutions for individuals, groups & businesses. We employ a circular food economy in the business by recycling our packaging & food waste into compost that we then use to fuel the growth of a range of edibles from our garden to use in the business. I lease and operate from a commercial kitchen at the Oamaru Opera House and source everything else as local, single origin and spray free as possible.
