North Elite is the football academy designed specifically for talented female players with a focus on long-term, sustainable high-performance growth. Based on the North Shore of New Zealand, North Elite's exclusive programme is available by trial to females aged 14-17 and is built on an elite framework that is tried and tested at club to international level. North Elite is committed to breaking down barriers and creating more, better quality development opportunities for female players. Through its NE1 initiative, North Elite donates its profits to charities and projects that support women, youth, and female equity through sport. Apprenticeships and scholarships available.
