Kia ora, I'm Aubrey. Sundog Healing was created because I enjoy being a part of a person's healing journey. Through my own adventures (outdoor guide, mom of 2 beautiful girls, a tree planter, runner...etc) I have been able to understand the body better, and through my education, how to help release the tension it can undergo.
