Wushu (Wu Shu), commonly known as Kung Fu, is a form of contemporary Chinese martial arts that blends elements of performance and martial application. Wushu training emphasises quickness, explosive power, and natural, relaxed movement. The wushu practitioner must combine flexibility with strength, speed and flawless technique, fierce intent with effortless execution. Our club aims to provide the best facilities possible and students have the privilege to train on our professional wushu carpet. Our specialty is competitive wushu training. Many of our students aspire to compete internationally. A lot of hard work is involved but it is also a lot of fun at the same time. First lessons are free so come along and meet us!
