KIDS Yoga Pod Limited has operated locally in Taranaki since late 2018, bringing the experience of Yoga to our Children. Our name represents coming together in small groups (pods) to plants seeds for positive self-awareness and personal growth. Our programmes are designed to inspire movement, connection, and calm in our Children. We offer a range of programmes - mobile "we come to you", school based programmes, Holiday Programmes, and others based around New Plymouth. Our programmes are: Family based play group programme, Preschool (both 2-5 years old), New Entrants (5-7), and a Middle School programme (9-12).
