Mind & Motion Pilates Studio

Welcome to Mind & Motion - more than a boutique Pilates studio. We offer Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as MFR stretch classes in small groups. Whether it's rehab post-injury, a moment for moms, or a haven where everyone knows your name - exhale, be authentically you. We welcome all levels with lots of movement experience or none at all. All classes are tailored to build strength, improve movement & flexibility for a well balanced body. See you in the studio!
